How Do Your Legs Feel & Look Right Now?

Do you experience pain, swelling, or sock lines? Are there any unwanted spider veins or varicose veins? Perhaps your legs feel tired at the end of the day or cramp at night?
Imagine how much better life would be without these issues.
We can help eliminate the pain and embarrassment caused by leg problems with our three-step process outlined below.
Consultation

STEP 1: Consultation

There’s nothing more frustrating than seeing a doctor who doesn’t take the time to listen, is unfriendly, rude, or in a rush.
At Atlanta Vein Doc, we understand the importance of listening and providing the best care possible.
Our friendly staff will ensure that you receive the attention and care you deserve. During your first visit, you’ll receive care from a team of experts, including a provider and an ultrasonographer.

STEP 2: Ultrasound

Do you dislike having to leave a doctor’s office to get X-rays, labs, or other time-consuming imaging done? At Atlanta Vein Doc, we understand how frustrating this can be. That’s why we offer on-site ultrasound and diagnostics, so you can avoid wasting time on additional appointments. You’ll receive same-day results from one of our providers.

STEP 3: Treatment Plan

We guarantee that you’ll leave our clinic with an excellent treatment plan. We offer various options, including VENCLOSE™ radiofrequency, sclerotherapy, micro-foam sclerotherapy, pneumatic compression, and more.

Our team will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs and goals perfectly.

Our Treatments

Radiofrequency Ablation (VENCLOSE™)

Radiofrequency ablation is a treatment procedure that involves placing a device into a diseased vein through a small opening in the skin under ultrasound guidance.
The device delivers heat to the vein wall, which causes it to shrink and close. Once the diseased vein is closed, blood will reroute to healthy veins.
The procedure is minimally invasive and performed on an outpatient basis. You can expect to return to your normal routine on the same day.

Micro Foam Sclerotherapy

Micro Foam Sclerotherapy is an injectable foam used to treat varicose veins and larger diseased veins that worsen circulation.
The foam is injected under ultrasound guidance in an outpatient setting, without the need for any incisions.
The treatment typically takes less than 30 minutes to administer, and patients can usually resume most activities on the same day. Heavy exercise can be resumed after one week.

Compounded Sclerotherapy

Compounded Sclerotherapy is a generic injectable foam that is commonly used to treat small varicose veins and spider veins, with or without the guidance of ultrasound.
The treatment causes the veins to scar down, forcing blood to reroute to healthier veins. Over time, the collapsed vein is reabsorbed into the surrounding tissue and eventually fades away.
Compounded Sclerotherapy is often used as the final step in a treatment plan for venous reflux disease.
clarivein

ClariVein®

This innovative method combines two techniques: mechanical vein destruction and the application of a sclerosing agent.
Using a specialized catheter equipped with a rotating tip, ClariVein® provides remarkable precision. Notably, this catheter is two to three times thinner than the devices utilized in radiofrequency and laser ablation procedures, requiring a small entry point on your skin.
With ClariVein®, you can experience the treatment comfortably under local anesthesia while benefiting from ultrasound visualization of your veins for enhanced accuracy. The entire procedure typically lasts less than 30 minutes.
