Parrin Tareyl Barton, MD

Lead Vein Physician

Dr. P. Tareyl Barton is a distinguished vein physician with a remarkable background in healthcare. Originating from Peach County, Georgia, she is not only highly skilled and experienced but also known for her compassionate approach toward patient care.

Dr. Barton obtained her MD from Mercer University School of Medicine, followed by her PharmD from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy. She further pursued specialized training in Family Medicine and GYN/OB, complemented by a Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Cornell in New York City.

Her expertise extends beyond her formal education, as she has researched extensively on inflammatory markers and interleukins. This in-depth knowledge enriches her practice, enabling her to provide comprehensive patient care.

Currently serving as a dedicated Vein Physician at the Atlanta Vein Doc, Dr. Barton is passionate about enhancing the well-being of her patients.

Greg Lott, RVT, RDMS

Registered Vascular Technician

Greg Lott is a Registered Vascular Technician with a passion for helping others.

His background in ultrasound diagnosis, combined with his extensive training and education at GA State & Sanford Brown have made him an expert in his field.

He is highly motivated and always striving to understand the most current developments in medical technology.

When not at work, Greg enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as fishing, kayaking and golfing. He also likes to stay abreast of investment news and educate himself on new trends.

Above all else, he takes great pleasure and pride in making sure that his work helps alleviate pain and suffering associated with venous diseases.

Ovi Cioloca, RVS

Registered Vascular Sonographer

Ovi Cioloca is an experienced and passionate registered vascular sonographer (RVS).

He brings over 10 years of experience to the table, with thousands of venous ultrasound scans and vein procedures under his belt. Ovi is certified through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), ensuring the highest level of accuracy in his work.

When he isn’t helping the community with his expertise, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring different places through travel, participating in extracurricular activities, and living a healthy lifestyle.

He also loves being active outdoors by going for hikes, walks or competing in sports.

Ovi’s vibrant energy and immense knowledge make him a valuable asset to any medical practice.

Dr Jeremias Duarte, DO

Doctor of Osteopathy, Army Field Surgeon, Family Medicine

Dr. Jeremias R. Duarte was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia. Dr. Duarte’s medical career began while serving in the U.S. Army as a combat medic and later as a military physician. His military service has included a deployments abroad to include Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as tours of duty in the Republic of Georgia and Italy.

Dr. Duarte graduated magna cum laude from Columbus State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science and a minor in Business.

He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia. Dr. Duarte completed his internship at Hackensack Meridian Health, Palisades Medical Center, in New Jersey.

Leith Fitch, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant

Leith, the youngest of ten children in a loving family near Syracuse, NY, graduated from SU before settling in the South. After a life change, she pursued medicine in Chicago, moving to Atlanta in 1998. A devoted follower of Christ, Leith has been part of a charity supporting a Nicaraguan school since 2008 and actively serves on the Council at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer.

In addition to her charitable work, Leith enjoys movies, hiking, reading, and quality time with her family, friends, and partner. However, her true passion lies in medicine, where she finds fulfillment in improving people’s lives and futures.
